Extra care and clear policies for your peace of mind
To keep our facilities safe and our residents healthy, we require all guests to arrive with their current and valid immunisation card.
See below for dogs with European passports.
-
Immunisation cards must be up to date and brought in with your pet on arrival. We cannot accept them without this. Dogs must also have had the kennel cough vaccine. This needs to be administered at least ten days before coming into kennels, as it is a live vaccine.
-
Our prices do include food, and we do stock most brands. However, if we do not have your pet's current food, you may bring your own, and we will reduce the fee by 50p per day.
-
If bringing raw food, please bring in meal-sized bagged portions and only 1 week's supply for freezing.
-
You pay for the day you arrive, but if you leave before 12 noon on the day of departure, we do not charge for that day.
-
Dogs are exercised individually in one of our 3 enclosed paddocks, at least 3 times daily.
-
Cats are able to stay within our single, double or triple accommodation facilities.
-
We have an open-door policy, as our facilities are always clean and safe.
-
A £40 per week booked NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT is required when making a reservation.
-
WE DO NOT TAKE XL BULLIES, and we reserve the right to refuse a dog we consider unmanageable for health and safety reasons.
-
Any dog with a European passport must also have proof that they have been tested and DO NOT have Brucellosis.
-
We increase prices over Christmas and New Year's.
